Ljosengil is the ambient guitar moniker of Australian multi-instrumentalist and producer Matthew Engelbrecht, who also performs and records with Bernard Fanning and writes techno under his own name. Recorded at his Byron Bay studio, Ljosengil is Matthew’s blend of atmospheric guitar performances set against slow-shifting synthesiser foundations. The current Ljosengil single The Static Line -Part 1 was recently featured on two flagship Apple playlists.
