Frances Cameron

Frances Cameron is a Tasmanian composer, pianist and producer whose music merges classical tradition with contemporary minimalism. Her serene, expressive works invite deep reflection, drawing inspiration from both Romantic masters like Chopin and Liszt, and modern neoclassical voices such as Einaudi, Max Richter and Stephan Moccio.

Recent releases include scores from two documentaries—Reel Equality by Meisha Lowe (Oct 25) and Living in Limbo by Zabi Malik (Nov 25)—expanding her artistry into cinematic sound worlds.

Her latest album, A View of the Bay (March 2026), captures the feeling of watching the waves and witnessing the power, depth, and ever-changing motion of the ocean. This album was composed during her artist retreat at Tasman Cottage at Eaglehawk Neck.

Frances is current composing her fourth album, slated for release March 2027.
